Message

We look forwardto working with you.

“What do people work for?” The company began with that simple question of mine, and we have come this far by meeting many wonderful colleagues.

I came to the conclusion that people work in order to be happy. If the workplace, where we spend most of our lives, is a happy one, then it can help each member of staff live a happy life — of that I became sure. From that thought came our philosophy: to be a company that gives people hope to live. My work is to help my colleagues find their dreams and make them come true, and to give hope to the people who seek happiness with us. They, in turn, do work that gives hope to our patients. That is the circle I want to create. In times that can feel closed in, SPES GROUP will keep putting its energy into raising people who create hope in the world. I look forward to meeting colleagues with passion who share these thoughts.

President, SPES Inc.Shiranuma Takashi
